With the systems I built, a small team and I ran marketing, sales, client onboarding, staff onboarding, employee resources, financials, and strategic planning without losing the vision and mission of why our company existed. That business now runs without me.

How We Work Together
Most AI projects start with a tool and go looking for a problem. Mine start with your business: what it's trying to do, what it knows, and where the work actually gets stuck. From there, the arc is the same every time.
Map
Every engagement opens with a discovery process. I learn how your business actually runs: where information lives, what shape your records are in, which work repeats, and who owns what. You get a readiness report and a straight recommendation, including when the answer is to wait. If we move forward with a build, the cost of discovery is credited toward the work.
Build
What we build depends on what the map shows. Sometimes the right answer is one agent doing one job well: support triage, research, reporting. Sometimes it's the full operating system, the same one I built inside my own business: project management, CRM, documents, and AI agents in one place, getting sharper the more your team uses it. Either way, the scope is decided before we build and tested and retested before we call it done.
Maintain
Once the build is finished, it's important to have someone own the maintenance. These types of systems often need updating as the technology becomes more capable. I can support you in owning the maintenance or you can have me carry that load for you.
